Lots of changes/additions to this version
Design notes:
1. I removed the area in front of the master bed. When I started this project I wanted to make sure to create spaces that would be used. I highly doubt I would ever read a book in the bedroom in a chair vs in bed, so I removed them and made the room smaller.
2. I extended the area between the master bedroom and the staircase. I wanted to create a small buffer between the private space of the room and the public area of the rest of the home.
3. Second bedroom added. Taking cues from the master bedroom, this would be a room for my two girls.
4. Walls and openings for large window panels adjusted.
5. Removed the I-Joists from the drawings as I thought they just cluttered the drawings and could be explained

not sure what else to put there, but it feels lonely.have you considered not having the girls beds side by side. or somehow allowing them to each have their own individual space.
just some thoughts…
overall looks sweet

with the girls, i think the side by side is fine for now. maybe there’s a curtain between the two? could be too hospitalish. but once they get sick of it, one of them can move out.

the staircase… that’s hard.
